  2. Refund Policy: a. Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation of the appointment is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. b. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a partial refund may be provided, subject to the discretion of Divine Beauty Salon. c. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

  3. Return Policy: a. Our services are non-returnable once performed. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment to discuss your concerns. b. We will make every effort to address and rectify any issues you may have encountered during your service.

  4. Refund Process: a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
